LIVING THINGS RETURN POLICY:

Plants are living things.

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Sales of plants purchased on sale are final.

Sales of annuals and perennials are final.

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for three months if given proper care*. If your plants do not survive the first three months, Bayberry will issue a store credit or refund for 50% of the purchase price. We do not guarantee trees and shrubs beyond a growing season. 

Bayberry does not honor replacements or credits for nursery stock that is damaged due to poor plant maintenance* or by extreme natural conditions (i.e., high winds, drought, hail, deep freeze, etc.). Bayberry does not guarantee trees and shrubs that have been planted in containers, raised beds or without proper soil amendments.  

*Proper care and plant maintenance include watering, fertilizing, providing proper drainage and sun and soil conditions, watching and controlling for insects and diseases, and more. Because every plant has its own needs and all planting environments differ, please ask if you are in need of advice. We are happy to assist in keeping your plants alive and thriving. 

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Bayberry will issue a full refund in the original form of payment for all merchandise returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For items returned after 30 days or not in original packaging, Bayberry will issue a store credit.  

If you believe your merchandise is defected, we will replace the merchandise or refund your original form of payment.
